Comparing the options
Compared with printed invitations, RSVP+ costs nothing to send and gives you a live headcount. Compared with subscription invitation tools, there is no monthly fee — you keep the full platform, and only transactions carry a processing cost. Vendors pay nothing to list while the marketplace grows. If your event never collects money, RSVP+ costs you nothing at all.
Pricing questions
- Is RSVP+ free?
- Yes. Creating events, publishing invitations, issuing Digital Invitation Passes, collecting RSVPs, inviting your team and running QR check-in have no platform subscription fee today.
- What does RSVP+ charge for?
- Only money movement. When a guest sends a gift or donation, buys a ticket or purchases from your event shop, the payment provider's processing fee applies to that transaction.
- Do guests pay to RSVP?
- No. Responding to an invitation is always free for guests. Payment only happens if they choose to send a gift or buy a ticket.
- Is there a limit on the number of guests?
- There is no fixed guest cap. Hosts can set their own maximum guest count per event so RSVPs stop when the venue is full.
- Do I need a card to get started?
- No. You can create an account, build an event and publish an invitation without entering any payment details. Payment details are only needed to receive gifts, donations or ticket revenue.
- How do I receive gift and ticket money?
- Payments are collected through the built-in payment gateway and reconciled to your event dashboard, where you can see every transaction and its status.
