How RSVP+ works

Step 1 — Create your event
Start a birthday, wedding, conference, fundraiser or any other celebration. Choose the occasion and RSVP+ shapes the invitation, RSVP questions and headcount maths around it.
Step 2 — Customize your invitation
Add your event information, images, venue and map, story, dress code, RSVP deadline, capacity and privacy settings, then publish an invitation page built for phones.
Step 3 — Add guests
Build your guest list by hand or CSV import, then create Digital Invitation Passes so each guest has their own secure access to a private invitation.
Step 4 — Send invitations
Share personalised invitations through WhatsApp, email, a copy link or your phone's native share sheet — one at a time or in bulk — and track sent, pending and failed delivery.
Step 5 — Manage RSVPs
Track who is attending, declining or yet to respond, with adults, children, dietary notes and messages captured in the same form. Send reminders before the deadline.
Step 6 — Manage your event
Use the Event Command Center to manage guests, tickets, gifts, payments, vendors, team roles and event activity, with permissions enforced for every co-host and moderator.
Step 7 — Welcome your guests
At the venue, scan Digital Invitation Passes and guest QR codes to check people in, or search by name. Arrivals update live for the whole team.
Step 8 — Preserve the memories
After the celebration, share photos, videos and thank-you messages so the event lives on for everyone who was part of it.
